ENROLLMENT

We appreciate your interest in our program. Our center’s philosophy is to accept and respect each child as they grow, develop and learn as individuals in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. We encourage children to create, explore and discover as they learn about the world around them.

Upon receipt of the application and a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 we will establish an agreeable starting date for your child(ren).

Once acceptance into our program and a starting date is determined you will be given an enrollment folder and a parent handbook. The first week’s tuition will secure your child’s placement for the approved starting date.

Your child needs the following items in his/her classroom. Please label all personal items brought to the Center in permanent marker.

Any clothing that is sent home soiled should be promptly replaced in your child’s basket or mailbox the following day.

ALL Rooms during Spring/Summer Months:

lightweight jacket
wide brimmed hat w/velcro straps
swim diaper and towel
sunscreen* (with your child’s name printed on bottle/tube with permanent marker)
bug repellent (infants must be 6 months), if desired.

*We ask that parents apply sunscreen to their children prior to arriving at the center.

Teachers will apply the sunscreen product you supply to your child each afternoon before going outdoors.

*Again, please label all your child’s clothing and personal items brought to the center.

TUITION

Yellow Room Y(6 weeks – 18 months): $300.00 per week

Green Room (1 & 2 years): $300.00 per week

Orange Room (2 & 3 years): $290.00 per week

Red Room (3 & 4 years): $275.00 per week

Blue Room (4, 5 & 6 years): $275.00 per week

If applicable, families may choose ONE of the following tuition discount options:

Multiple Children Discount:

A tuition discount of 20% off the oldest child’s tuition is offered if more than one child in a family is enrolled.

Monthly Payment Option:

Families who prefer to pay their child’s tuition monthly may deduct a $5.00 per week (per family) discount from the total monthly tuition amount. Refer to the current years calendar to determine how many weeks (4 or 5 Mondays per month) when calculating monthly tuition.

Late Payment Fees:

Tuition is due on Monday of the current week. A one day grace period is offered through closing on Tuesday. A $10.00 per day late fee will be charged after closing on Tuesday.
